A unique permanent opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Civil Designer to lead the entire design phase of diverse civil projects while working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

As the Senior Civil Designer, you will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of projects, partnering with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver innovative, practical and community-focused outcomes. From roads and drainage to cycleways and recreational infrastructure, your work will directly shape the places people live, work and connect.

With a focus on project investigations, concept development, planning approvals, cost estimates, environmental reporting and detailed design documentation, you will also oversee project management activities, contract administration, consultant engagement and specialist technical services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and develop junior designers, champion continuous improvement and help maintain design standards and processes. You will play a key role in resolving technical challenges, facilitating project delivery and undertaking design audits with a strong focus on safety, quality and best practice.

Remuneration: $128,610.10 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
