The part you will play
As part of the EPMO and Change Department you will work closely with internal stakeholders. Working on:
- Leading the Change Unit, including managing and developing a high-performing team of Change Officers.
- Developing, implementing and continuously improving Council's enterprise change management framework, methodology and governance, ensuring a consistent approach across the organisation.
- Building and embedding organisational change capability through training, communication, education and awareness programs that improve adoption of change.
- Championing a positive culture of change across Council, influencing stakeholders and advocating for best-practice change management at all levels of the organisation.

You will thrive in this role if you:
- Are an experienced change leader who can develop and embed practical change management frameworks, methodologies and governance across a complex organisation.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams through to Executive Leadership.
- Enjoy leading and developing high-performing teams, creating a positive culture focused on collaboration, accountability and celebrating the wins.
- Have a strong understanding of the people side of change and can support individuals and teams to successfully adopt new ways of working.
- Are a strategic thinker who can balance enterprise-wide priorities with hands-on delivery, driving continuous improvement and successful organisational outcomes.
