This is an exciting role with a focus on providing operational support across the Ageing Well Department. This position is responsible for the provision of high-quality customer service to Ageing Well consumers, program participants and residents within the City of Whittlesea. There is also a large focus on delivering administrative activities that relate to contract management, service planning, performance reporting and more.

The part you will play

As part of the Service Coordination team you will work closely with the internal stakeholders/Community. Working on:

  • Clients residents of City of WHittlesea
  • Carers and family members
  • Relevant local agencies and service providers
  • Ageing Well Department Staff
  • Community Wellbeing Directorate
  • Other Council Departments and Staff
