About the role
This position is responsible for high quality administrative and project supporting particular to the Water Waste and Sustainability Services Team.
Salary package starting at $72,231.05
Duties
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver work that meets the City’s WHS, financial, service level and timeliness expectations.
- Provide timely administrative support to the Water, Waste & Sustainability team.
- Process and manage all customer requests and complaints within required timeframes.
- Maintain 100% compliance with departmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure all data is entered accurately.
Who we are Looking for:
- To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant qualification in Customer Service, Office Administration or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Well‑developed time management skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative, problem‑solving skills and a commitment to process improvement.
- Current satisfactory National Police Clearance.
