  • Band 7 - Salary range $99,720 - $110,603 per annum
  • Based in Camperdown, Victoria

About the position

As Emergency & Local Laws Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating services and programs that support legislative compliance and help keep our community safe, prepared and resilient.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to emergency planning, fire prevention, response, relief, recovery and resilience building.

About you

  • A formal qualification in a relevant field is desirable or several years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and the community to achieve set goals.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality services and/or programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation and policies to make decisions.
  • A Victorian Driver Licence and recent National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
