Governance and Property Officer
We are seeking applications for a Governance and Property Officer to provide day to day co-ordination of Council’s property and insurance functions, while providing a range of governance support services to the organisation.
About the position:
This diverse role includes preparing and managing leases, coordinating land acquisitions, supporting insurance and claims processes, and liaising with the Department of Resources. You will also assist with local law reviews, prepare reports and correspondence, and manage Right to Information and Information Privacy applications, including acting as a decision maker. The applicable salary for this position is $100,106pa with the commencing salary dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant
