People and Culture Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced People and Culture Advisor (HR Business Partner) to join our People and Culture team in a permanent role.

As a trusted business partner, this role delivers customer‑centric service delivery support to a specific business unit, providing expert advice and guidance across the full range of employment lifecycle activities. This includes recruitment and retention, employee relations, workforce planning and performance management. The role also supports organisational change and contributes to building a strong reputation for quality and well‑informed decision‑making.

Operating as a HR generalist across the full employee lifecycle, the position partners with designated stakeholder groups to provide tailored HR advice and support, while working collaboratively within the wider People and Culture team.

Employment type: Full‑time – 70 hours per fortnight
Salary: An attractive salary commensurate with experience, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice opportunities
